White and Provoost are consecrated bishops in England by the Archbishops of Canterbury and York, the Bishop of Bath & Wells, and the Bishop of Peterborough at Lambeth Palace in London. (The third bishop-elect, David Griffiths of Virginia, was never able to travel to England. )

White and Provoost land in New York and begin their episcopacies.
