Wanted: Candidates for Diocesan Offices

Hi Friends,

When you think elections, you probably don’t think about the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh. But it’s not just the secular world holding mid-term elections this November. This Diocese, through its annual convention in November, also holds elections for several important Diocesan offices.

Would you consider offering your talent and time to one of these positions? Any Episcopal parishioner in our Diocese can run, and we really encourage everyone to offer their names for consideration.

We have listed the open offices below, with more detailed information available here.

The Nominating Form with submission details is available in PDF or Word. We need this form back by September 30. Clergy & Lay Deputies representing each parish will meet to elect on Friday evening, November 18.

Please consider nominating yourself or someone else (with the nominee’s permission) for any of these positions. If you have any questions at all about the position, please reach out to us directly.

Warm regards,
Jon Delano, jon.delano@verizon.net
