Mariann Price Helps Episcopal Appalachian Ministries

In General Convention's "Episcopal Marketplace," a beautiful quilt, handmade by Mariann Price, is being auctioned to raise funds for Episcopal Appalachian Ministries (EAM).

EAM's mission is to inspire, nurture, and affirm those who serve the unique needs of the people of Appalachia through advocacy, consciousness-raising, networking, education and other appropriate programs.

Bishop Ken and Mariann have been involved with EAM for many years.

St. Paul's, Mt. Lebanon's annual mission trip this summer teamed with the Highland Educational Project (HEP), located in McDowell County, WV. HEP is an ecumenical outreach ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of West Virginia and is partnered with EAM.
