The Rt. Rev. Robert Johnson, Assisting Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh and The Rev. Jim Simons, President of the Standing Committee, invite the members of the Board of Trustees, Diocesan Council, and Standing Committee to a leadership day on Saturday, January 10, 2009.
It will be held at Calvary Church Shadyside. The day will begin with us gathering at 9:30 a.m. for coffee and Morning Prayer starts promptly at 10:00. Lunch will be provided. The day will end at 2:00 p.m. at which time the various bodies may choose to meet.
This will be a time to meet the bishop and begin to set a common vision for the future. Also in attendance will be the Rev. Rick Cluett who has been appointed by the Presiding Bishop to work with dioceses going through reorganization.
