\n\tThe Rev. J.P.B. Wilmer reported for the committee on the division of the diocese to the convention.  He moved that "in the present <\/span>disturbed comdition of our country" it was unlikely that any place in the diocese would be ready to form a new diocese and so moved that the committee be continued so it could report some time in the future.  The convention adopted the report.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
