Services & Lectures Return to Historic Church

A Saturday evening Eucharist is again being celebrated at Old St. Luke's in Scott Township, as St. Paul's, Mt. Lebanon, holds its regular 6:00 p.m. liturgy at OSL through Memorial Day weekend.

After a hiatus of several years, Heritage Lectures are returning to Old St. Luke's. The Rev. Dick Pollard, of All Saints Episcopal Fellowship and an OSL board member, will present two lectures in May on "Christianity and Islam: History and Principles." The dates are Wednesdays, May 19 and 26, at 7:30 p.m. A donation of $5 per session is requested.

The small, Gothic stone church was built in 1852, but Old St. Luke's traces its founding to 1765.
