Energy Efficiency as an Affirmation of Faith

A Faith Community Energy Efficiency Seminar

Our church buildings are wonderful assets but can become a significant drain on the financial resources of the parish that could be better used for mission and outreach priorities.

Pennsylvania Interfaith Power and Light will present a program at First United Church of Christ, 425 North Ave. in Millvale on Wednesday, August 4th, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. to help us be better stewards of our properties with energy management strategies that save money and demonstrate our care for God's creation.

Pennsylvania Interfaith Power and Light (PAIPL) is a "community of congregations, faith-based organizations, and individuals of faith who respond to climate change as a moral issue through advocacy, energy conservation, energy efficiency and the use of clean renewable energy".
