The Diocesan Commission on Archives and History provides guidance to the archivist and develops archives policy, which goes into effect after approval by the Bishop and Diocesan Council.The Commission is made up of six members with expertise in history, libraries, archives, or genealogy.  They serve three year staggered renewable terms.  The Commission's by-laws are here.
