Judi Rogers has worked for the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh since May 2009. Prior to joining the Diocese, she was administrative assistant for more than five years at Hope Lutheran Church of Forest Hills (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) where she is a member. Judi serves the Southwestern PA Synod of the ELCA as a member of the Communication Services Committee. For five years she was editor of the synod’s quarterly supplement to The Lutheran, the ELCA’s national denominational magazine.
Judi holds a B.A. in Speech Communication (Broadcasting) from Penn State University and an M.A. in Journalism and Communication (Public Relations) from Point Park University. Over the years, she has worked in a variety of settings in radio, television and public relations.
A native of Butler, PA, Judi has lived in the Forest Hills area of Pittsburgh for more than 25 years. Her husband Jim is an attorney with Thomson, Rhodes & Cowie, P.C. Their daughter, Sarah, is a playwriting major at the Lincoln Center campus of Fordham University in Manhattan.
