Neighborhood Academy Grad Wins St. Michael’s Scholarship
St. Michael’s of the Valley Episcopal Church, Ligonier, awarded its annual scholarship to Marcus Platt at the commencement ceremony of the Neighborhood Academy on May 28, 2009. Marcus was also the class valedictorian and addressed the assembly. In September he will be attending Slippery Rock University, the first in his family to attend college.
