From www.pitanglican.org: Although construction is not currently scheduled for the Parkway East (376 E) this coming Saturday, convention participants planning on using this route to Monroeville will want to call PennDOT’s construction hotline on Friday to confirm this, as advisories are sometimes issued with little advance notice.
